About construction and display production of TRICK WALL
During the construction, worker cannot see the patterns under usual lighting. Black light should be necessary. As there is no repeating like the usual wall paper, please take care in case of the patterns matching. Mismatching of patterns would be occurred by a small deformation of papers. (The double pasting in edges becomes often the cause of the wrinkles and delimitations). Short opening time is recommended. Also please set up a little much for water paste and also stronger paste. The hair blush and urethane roller for air pulling out are recommended, due to prevent a scratch and an abrasion on the surface.
The construction order
Please paste them one by one from the corner in accordance with the numbering written on the back side. The No.1 numbering is started from right side. Please start the working putting on the black light of 20W or 40W.
By the fist sheet, please set and fixed the vertical line.
In case of starting from right side, paste from sheet No.1. In case of starting from left side, paste from the largest numbering sheet. After the second sheet pasting, the double cut pasting are requested. After everyone sheet pasted, please make the checking under usual lighting whether the remaining air should not be existing and the jointing parts should be correct and make the adjustment if necessary.
Please take care that the slight deformation of paper causes mismatching of the patterns.
Even if sun ray would be entered the working space, working could be done by moving the black light close to the working spots. The darker space should be much better for smooth working.
Matters that require attention
Suitable distance
Black light source should not be installed at the distance less than 80 cm against wall surface!
If the distance is closer, the energy of UV ray becomes stronger to fade the color of UV inks much earlier
Suitable wattage
The suitable wattage of black light source must be kept. If the much more wattage is used, the stronger luminescence could be given. But, at the same time UV energy would become stronger and fade speed in UV inks’ colors would be fasten.
Effective width of black light source
In case of fluorescent light 20W (58cm width), it can irradiate to the width of about 1m. The fluorescent light 40W (120cm width), it can irradiate to the width of about 2.4m.
It may be suitable to set fluorescent light to irradiate 1.5 times～2 times width of fluorescent tube size.Effective height of black light source
The black light source is recommended to install at the ceiling (or floor) of 1.8m ~ 2.5m height. And also, it should be installed at the position of more than 80 cm distance from the wall surface. If the position is too closer to the wall, the difference of the brightness at the upper wall and the lower wall would be appeared. It is necessary to left more than 80 cm from the wall surface and makes surrounding brightness down then the balanced luminescence of UV wall would be obtained.
Supplement of suitable distance

As the above parallel setting of fluorescent lights, the brightness of only closer space is increasing but total luminescence is not increased. Only fade of UV colors would be speed up. One fluorescent light should be enough to set. Moreover, many lighting sources setting closely each other, the reflecting from the UV wall surface due to the too strong ray is occurred the halation of the picture. |

 In case of ceiling covering by TRICK WALL, the closer spaces of 80cm surrounding the light source are easy to fade earlier. Therefore, the hanging type light source should be adopted or UV light is radiated from the light source on the floor is recommended. |
 If the distance is closer, only this area is luminescence strongly. Please keep distance more than 80cm. Then UV light reaches total area equally. |
