When expressing a design coming out of a plain surface.
The expression is that nothing can be seen visually, but when exposed to sunlight (ultraviolet rays), color is added. In the same place where there is process ink, it is not possible to add color with solar ink.

About data creation
Applications | Please create the file in Adobe Illustrator and create it as an ai file. |
Color mode | The color mode should be CMYK color. Do not use RGB or spot color. |
Layer | Please create a separate layer for normal use and a layer for SOLAR PRINT in a single data. |
Object | If normal printing and SOLAR PRINT overlap, the color of the SOLAR PRINT will be weaker and normal light will leave traces of the SOLAR PRINT printing. |
Image | When placing images, please use a high resolution (300dpi recommended) to embed the images. |
Text and fonts | Please make sure to outline the text. |
Saving | Please use alphanumeric characters for file names. A resolution of 100 dpi or higher is recommended for long documents, and 300 dpi or higher is recommended for documents of A2 or smaller. If the resolution is less than 300dpi, the image may not be printed clearly. |
About overlapping colors
Vertical lines are printed with normal ink and horizontal lines are printed with solar ink. When the total amount of ink reaches 200% or more by printing normal ink and solar ink data at the same time, blurring will occur.
