UV INK Printing by Ink-Jet Printer

The rare earth materials, which are luminous under Ultra Violet (UV) light, have been used from many years ago as the raw materials for the hand painting and air-blush drawing. But it was difficult to use them for the ink of Ink-Jet Printer. We succeeded to develop the luminous ink for Ink-Jet Printer use. At the same time, we developed the particular printing system of the luminous full color printing by usual Ink-Jet Printer. Our system makes it possible to realize the full color luminous pictures in cheaper cost and more easily than the handmade drawing.

UV INK for Offset Printing

Ink-Jet Printer has an advantage for small lot and various kinds’ printings. However, for the mass printings (or lots printing) like direct mails, cards and publishing usage, Offset print system has much advantage due to the printing speed and the cost performance. We also developed the luminous ink and print system for Offset Print which makes it possible to realize short time printing for the lots quantity printing of the full color UV pictures.

We developed the Original UV Luminous Ink.

The raw material of luminous ink is rare metal which are illuminated by ultra violet (UV) light. In accordance with the differences of the components in rare metals, the three kinds of pigment : Red, Blue and Green are made. The three basic colors (RGB) of TRICK PRINT inks are aiming the full color reproduction as same coloring as the PC monitor screen. Therefore the ink quality requested for TRICK PRINT is same as the original coloring as the sRGB and the adobe RGB in monitor screen. After many tries and errors in our study, finally we have developed our original high quality inks suitable for both Ink-Jet Printer use and Offset Printing use.

Change color technology in Ink-Jet Printer

The usual printing method is using the “Subtractive color mixing” of CMYK. On the contrary, the computer's monitor screen connected with the printer is shown by using the "Additive color mixing". So, usually when the printer prints picture by CMYK inks in accordance with PC screen monitor , the changing color facility ( from the “Additive” to the “Subtractive”) included inside printer  machine is always working. Therefore, it is impossible to make color reproduction of RGB printing by simply setting the UV luminous (RGB) inks in the printer. The UV (RGB) Ink has the character of “Additive color mixing” color reproduction way as same way as the PC monitor screen’s and also as the Projector’s.
We developed the technology how to print pictures using the RGB inks (“Additive color mixing” color reproduction way) by using the popularly spreaded ink-jet printer machine without changing to the "Subtractive color mixing".  

The one-pass printing technology in the same printer for the different two pictures of CMYK and RGB.

In order to express correlatively two different pictures with each CMYK and RGB characters, it is requested to print them without any sheare on the all out -lines of the two printed pictures. We realized the printing technology to make one pass printing of the different two pictures with the different two inks (CMYK and RGB) by using one printer machine which has more than seven slots of the ink cartridges. We made the package software filing this technology.
